We are able to source and buy sites for our clients and create new build design and build packages for them.
We were one of the first contractors in the area to offer a design and build service for refurbishment work as well as new build. Our technical knowledge within this field enables us to design out many of the risks associated with refurbishment/renovation and add value to new build work.
