New build
BNK Construction has successfully completed several new build projects from design through to completion over the years.
We have been NHBC registered for over 15 years.
BNK Construction have taken the new build process further, by being involved from the conception stage. We are able to offer a complete service by taking on the design and feasibility stages ourselves, and are able to use our technical knowledge to identify and design out any future maintenance and construction issues.
New build projects have been carried out for numerous housing associations and the local Council; these have included:
- Individual homes
- Community centres
- Disability care homes
